Design & Build Recruitment engaged McCormack to deliver a design and construct fitout at Bourke Place, a location renowned for its premium amenities, including a tennis court.
In collaboration with Studio 103, McCormack delivered a contemporary workspace combining residential warmth with commercial functionality. The design features a soft, neutral palette enriched with the company’s branding, emphasising clean lines and natural finishes. Highlights include open-plan workstations, collaborative zones, and private meeting areas, promoting both productivity and comfort.
A sustainability-focused approach saw the reuse of the existing base carpet in front-of-house areas. McCormack also worked closely with trades to ensure joinery, glazing, and finishes aligned with design specifications. Collaboration with architects and consultants preserved the design intent while meeting budget and timeline requirements.
