We’re excited to share that McCormack Queensland has been appointed to deliver Unitywater’s new Northern Corporate Centre, located within the landmark 50 First Avenue Tower at Maroochydore City Centre. The project will be delivered under our Design and Construct model for our valued client, Walker Corporation.

Spanning three levels and connected by a feature interconnecting staircase, the new workplace will bring together flexible floorplates, collaborative hubs, focused work zones and breakout spaces within a cohesive, future-ready environment. The design has been carefully considered to support connection, collaboration and service delivery across Unitywater’s operations. The integrated workplace will combine operational efficiency with high-quality finishes, creating a contemporary environment that reflects Unitywater’s commitment to its people and the communities it serves.

Commenting on the appointment, McCormack Brisbane General Manager Steven Raymond said he is proud to see the team commence works at 50 First Avenue, Maroochydore, for Walker Corporation and Unitywater.

“Being part of the Maroochydore City Centre master plan and seeing the Sunshine Coast CBD transform is exciting,” he said. “It’s the skill and dedication of our Brisbane team that make projects like this possible, and we’re looking forward to seeing this workplace come to life.”

Delivered in partnership with Peddle Thorp Interiors, Lehr Consultants, BG&E, Knisco, Omni and Acoustic Works, the project further strengthens our portfolio of complex workplace projects across Queensland.
