McCormack awarded 101 Collins Street Lobby & Amenities Refurbishment
For over 27 years, 101 Collins Street has been an icon of Melbourne’s skyline, and the building’s interior sets the benchmark for office space amongst Melbourne’s corporate elite.
Now, with all floors having been through after ten years of continuous refurbishments and upgrades, McCormack has been tasked with bringing this landmark building’s common areas into the 21st century.
McCormack’s aim is to take 101 Collins Street’s standing as the premier office space within Melbourne’s CBD into a new phase of exceptional design, style and quality standards.
World-class design and finishes will add the prestige needed to bring the lobby on Level 53 in line with the rest of the building. Eight floors (Levels 6, 12, 13, 14, 30, 35, 41 & 53) of base building amenities will also receive contemporary upgrades.
The refurbishments will be undertaken from February 2019 and completion is earmarked for the end of October 2019.
