What started as a small team working out of a shared office with just a few desks has blossomed into a thriving operation, now proudly situated in our own designed and built office in the heart of the CBD. This move marks not just a change in scenery for the McCormack Sydney team but a significant milestone in our journey, bringing with it a renewed sense of excitement and growth possibility.
The McCormack Sydney team hosted a office showcase, where we welcomed some of our cherished clients for a night of networking and celebration. It was a fantastic opportunity to share our new space, a home that reflects the calibre of projects we deliver and the strong relationships we’ve built over the years. Our new office at L7, 74 Castlereagh Street is short stroll of Hyde Park, the Harbour, and an array of retail and dining experiences, our new location offers more than just a prime spot on the map. It’s a vibrant hub that enhances our connectivity to the majority of our ongoing projects, which are largely based in the CBD. The accessibility of our new office is a game-changer, providing our site and project teams with easier access to the action, ensuring we remain at the centre of where our work happens.
Project Coordinator Kathleen Pavelic spoke on the what the office means to her, “Knowing that this space represents the future of McCormack makes it particularly special. It’s more than just an office; it’s a home where we can showcase to our clients the calibre of work we deliver and the kind of company we are. The location makes us incredibly accessible to our sites and clients, which is crucial as we continue to grow”.

There’s been a noticeable uplift in team morale since the move—culturally, it’s been a fantastic shift.
