McCormack was proud to support the Property Council of Australia’s Girls in Property Day, an initiative designed to introduce high school students to the diverse career pathways across the property industry and encourage more young women to consider a future in the sector.
Lauren McCormack joined representatives from Salta and Vicinity Centres as a panellist, continuing her longstanding commitment to supporting women in construction and helping bridge the gender gap across the industry. Drawing on her own experience, Lauren shared insights into the opportunities and pathways available across property and construction, while the panel gave students the opportunity to hear different perspectives from across the industry.
Our team also delivered interactive workshops exploring project delivery, construction and interior design. Mikaela Tomazic, Chloe Lamberton (Studio 103) and Amy Gibson (Studio 103) shared their experiences, providing practical insight into the range of roles across each discipline and the different career pathways available.
McCormack is proud to support initiatives that encourage greater diversity across our industry and inspire more young women to explore a career in property and construction.
