McCormack received special commendation for our Cornwalls fitout in the $5m-$10m category at the 2024 Master Builders Association Excellence in Fitout Awards, held on Friday night at Crown Palladium.
This commendation adds to the growing recognition this project has earned, including being shortlisted in the workplace category at the 2023 AIDA Awards and receiving a commendation in the Innovation Category at the 2023 NECA Awards.
The Cornwall’s Law fitout project involved the comprehensive transformation of three interconnected buildings – 90 Queen Street, 380 Collins Street, and 100 Queen Street – spanning 2,100 square meters. This project masterfully blends heritage architecture with contemporary design, showcasing meticulous attention to detail and functionality.
