In her short time with us, she has already led multiple projects, including 10 speculative suites at the 88 Walker Street skyscraper, a 50-level landmark that stands as a testament to her ability to manage complex projects with precision and excellence. Her contributions go beyond just project execution; she plays a key role in shaping the future of our operations in Sydney.
Beyond her project management acumen, Caddie has taken a leadership role in our charitable initiatives. She is at the forefront of our work with The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) and the Property Industry Foundation, helping to steer our efforts in giving back to the community and supporting causes that align with our values. Her passion for these initiatives is a reflection of her commitment to making a positive impact, both within and outside the workplace.
Before joining McCormack, Caddie was already a respected figure in the construction and building product industry. Her career began with the property team at CSR, where she honed her skills in building management before making a seamless transition to the design and construction side. This rich background, coupled with her collaborative approach, has made her a highly valued member of our team.
Caddie is not just a project manager; she is a leader who thrives on building strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and trades. Her people-centric approach and passion for collaboration have made her a standout in our Sydney office. As she puts it, “I like the satisfaction that comes from seeing a project evolve. Her journey to McCormack began through a connection with our former Sydney General Manager, in 2022. Though initially not seeking a new role, her encounter with him, convincing her to join our team. Since then, Caddie has been a driving force, inspiring those around her and contributing to our collective success.
