McCormack was engaged by Walker Corporation to deliver a new headquarters for a major tenant within the iconic 50 First Avenue tower at Maroochydore City Centre.
Delivered under a design-and-construct model in collaboration with PTID, the multi-level workplace showcases McCormack’s ability to coordinate complex commercial fit-outs from concept through to completion. Spanning three levels, the project required extensive planning and coordination, including the delivery of a feature interconnecting staircase and the integration of a highly specialised Control Room. Significant design and construction coordination ensured the Control Room met strict operational and technical requirements whilst blending with the broader workplace.
The completed fit-out features flexible workspaces, collaborative hubs, focused work zones and breakout areas, with a warm contemporary palette of natural tones, timber, blue and soft green accents. The result is a bespoke workplace that balances functionality, performance and design, providing a modern environment supporting collaboration, operational efficiency and future growth.
