McCormack recently completed the refurbishment and fit-out of Vantage Property Investments‘ asset, 71 Palmerston Crescent, South Melbourne.
Providing tenants with an option for turnkey solution fitouts that embody flexibility, a sense of comfort and delivered with style resulted in an amazing transformation. Full lobby and amenities upgrade, end-of-trip facilities, through to spec suites were delivered successfully, with our team being involved as a contractor early on.
This project design was delivered in partnership with Nicholas Braun from Sibling Architecture and gave 71 Palmerston a revamp that allows their team to operate within an agile work environment, but one that also celebrates the refreshing aesthetic. With practicality at the forefront, it was also important to ensure no compromises were made to the outcome of the aesthetic and the contemporary design.
