McCormack delivered a 5,000m² office fitout for an undisclosed client under a streamlined Design and Construct (D&C) model.
This approach identified program efficiencies , minimised delays, and simplified communication. The bespoke fitout was designed to align with operational requirements and core brand values of the client while future-proofing the space for ongoing growth.
Key highlights include main reception, functional breakout spaces, teaching and learning hubs and open plan work environment. The exceptional joinery showcased the detailed design process and rigorous shop drawing approvals, while the state-of-the-art AV technology and premium finishes elevate the meeting rooms, enabling efficient and collaborative work.
Delivered within a compressed time frame, the project required careful planning and stakeholder engagement. Despite the scale and complexity, the McCormack Brisbane team completed the fitout in 13 weeks, meeting the client’s pre-Christmas PC commitment and ensuring a seamless transition into their new workspace.
