Case Meallin contracted McCormack to build a new switchboard room in the basement carpark at 200 Queen Street, Melbourne for Charter Hall.
The structural and safety components of this project were extremely critical to all stakeholders. Works needed to be carefully coordinated to ensure that all contractors had safe and timely access to the space, which was incredibly tight, to carry out their components.
Works were staged to minimise disruption to the buildings existening occupants, with a large portion of the works scheduled out of hours. McCormack were able to work with Mills Gorman and the clients to Value Engineer the project and deliver a successful outcome on time, within budget.
