At 226 Flinders Lane, McCormack has delivered two new speculative suites across Levels 2 and 3 under our streamlined design and construct model. The project sits within a century-old building, recently repositioned to meet contemporary workplace standards while honouring its heritage character.
Drawing inspiration from Flinders Lane’s industrial past, Studio 103 shaped a design that layers minimalist palettes with raw, textural detail. Industrial lighting, natural stone, warm timber accents, and soft neutral tones establish a calm, refined base. Curved walls, sculptural furniture, and a feature ceiling add a contemporary overlay, modern touches that enhance rather than overshadow the building’s original fabric.
Delivered in close collaboration with the client, the project is a highlights practical processes paired with design intent, achieved through a dedicated team effort from start to finish.
