McCormack delivered a dual-floor fitout at Melbourne Central Tower, one of the city’s landmark commercial buildings. Works included delivering a speculative suite on Level 9 and a cold shell on Level 10, with stair infill and slab strengthening as part of the structural scope.

The level 9 suite offers a contemporary workplace combining hospitality-inspired warmth with professional polish. In collaboration with Geyer Valmont, McCormack delivered light oak joinery, timber flooring and soft finishes, elevated by burgundy and clay accents. Curved forms, tiled counters and exposed ceilings add depth and character.

Key features of the space include open kitchen hubs, café-style zones and glass-fronted meeting rooms, providing spaces suited for collaboration while maintaining privacy. Layered finishes, biophilic details and abundant natural light complete the build, delivering a highly functional, enduring workplace aligned with today’s market demands.
