  • 8 Suites required across 3 floors, resulting in new Intertenancy split.
  • Works needed to be coordinated with the multiple stakeholders currently upgrading the buildings existing services.
  • Project programme needed to have the flexibility to adapt to work in with services changes and also for 8 suites to be delivered concurrently.

  • Value engineering options with all stakeholders to use alternative suppliers/materials where possible, without compromising the intended look and feel of the design.
  • Builders design changes presented and adopted into revised project programme.
  • Project programme was successfully adapted to work in with upgrades to existing building services e.g. significant electrical outages.
  • Multipurpose spaces deliver functionality and variety to individual offices with high-end finishes to attract tenants in a competitive market.
