PKF is a full-service accounting firm, known for providing expert advice and personalised solutions to private businesses, professionals, and individual clients.

The 2200sqm office fit-out was designed to reflect and reinforce PKF’s brand identity while creating an efficient workspace that balances workstations, breakout areas, and collaboration zones. A highlight of the project is the void above the breakout area, which allows natural light to flood the space, accentuating the beautifully presented kitchen.

Completing this fit-out at 500 Bourke came with its challenges, particularly as another builder was simultaneously upgrading the building. Coordination was key—ensuring our work sequencing aligned with the external company’s certification requirements for each floor, all while keeping our project timeline on track. Our team navigated these challenges with a flexible approach, making schedule adjustments as needed to maintain progress. Strong communication between our project team, PTID, and Aston’s consultants was integral to the project’s success, facilitating a smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.

Congratulations to the McCormack team, along with PTID and our contractors, for seamlessly integrating a range of finishes and stunning design elements throughout the fit-out. The result is a functional and visually appealing environment that truly reflects PKF’s ethos.
