Now taking on additional space in the same building, they engaged us to create a more dynamic space to support their growing team and future expansion. As a leading non-bank mortgage lender in Australia, Orde Financial sought a space that not only serves their team but also enhances broker interactions to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Design consultants Studio 103 created a bright and welcoming space that reflects the client’s brand vision and operational needs. A standout feature is the boardroom, a versatile and functional space designed for both clients and employees. A herringbone timber-look vinyl floor and mirrored timber batten ceiling add warmth and cohesion, while glazed partitions bring in natural light.
By maximising natural light with strategic glazing and employing a neutral colour palette, Studio 103’s design enhances openness while maintaining a refined, restrained aesthetic that aligns with the client’s values and preferences.
