McCormack successfully completed a 1,142m² design and construct fitout for leading Australian-owned non-bank lender, Now Finance, at the prestigious A-Grade tower at 380 St Kilda Road. Located within walking distance of Melbourne’s Botanical Gardens, the new space reflects Now Finance’s commitment to simplicity, innovation, and flexibility.
Designed in collaboration with Studio 103, the fit-out features distinct zones tailored to various working styles. The front-of-house area is seamlessly separated from workstations, with meeting rooms, quiet pods, and a welcoming lounge space creating a balanced and functional environment. At the heart of the design lies a spacious kitchen breakout area, crowned by a striking island bench which is a standout feature that encourages collaboration and connection.
The project highlights McCormack’s expertise in identifying and addressing site-related constraints during the preliminary design phase. This proactive approach ensured budget efficiency and streamlined delivery, meeting the client’s high expectations. The result is a sophisticated, future-focused workspace that aligns with Now Finance’s operational needs and brand vision.
