Following the successful delivery of speculative suites on Levels 3 and 4, McCormack was re-engaged by Neoscape under the early contractor involvement model to complete two additional suites on Level 5 of 550 Spencer Street.
The design of the workspace achieves an effective balance between functionality and aesthetics. Its open-plan layout, enhanced by biophilic elements, promotes collaboration, improves productivity, and creates a sense of well-being.
Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in abundant natural light and offer expansive views of the urban landscape, seamlessly connecting the interior to its surroundings. The inclusion of warm timber finishes, modern furnishings, and thoughtfully designed breakout areas creates a flexible and welcoming environment for teams to interact.
Sustainability remained a core focus throughout the project. Working closely with Revert Group, Green Star-certified materials and robust waste management practices were incorporated, reflecting a shared commitment to environmental responsibility.
