Collins Place, 55 Collins St is an A-grade office tower setting a new benchmark for contemporary workplaces. McCormack was engaged to deliver six premium D&C speculative suites across multiple levels, each tailored to the needs of today’s tenants.
Designed by Studio 103, the suites feature high-end finishes, with natural stone and marble adding refinement to functional zones such as receptions and kitchen hubs.
With multiple floors active concurrently, the build demanded precise coordination across trades. Our team worked under a tight programme, maintaining design integrity throughout. A collaborative on-site culture and strong consultant alignment were key to successful delivery.
