McCormack completed a workplace medical fitout for  (Undisclosed)  clinic within a live environment, under a contracted agreement to oversee the construction. Given the clinic’s nature, the construction process adhered to a tight schedule, requiring significant after-hours work to route service bollards through the IVF clinic below. This ensured minimal disruption to the clinic’s operations, with such locating and cutting in to the existing RO loop to create a new loop service to the new clinics services bollards was typically conducted during nights or weekends.

Effective project coordination was paramount, given the involvement of stakeholders from the medical sector and the necessity of adhering to a tight timeline. Despite the challenges, the refurbishment was completed within 11 weeks. Notably, the client’s architect and service engineer were based in Adelaide, emphasising the importance of maintaining open communication channels throughout the project to satisfy all involved stakeholders.

Well done to all contributors to this project. This project marks another milestone in our efforts to expand our services into the western suburbs of Melbourne.
