McCormack recently delivered an 800m² workplace for McMillan Shakespeare Group in partnership with Facilitate Corporation and Gray Puksand. Located within one of Chatswood’s most recognised A-grade landmarks at 821 Pacific Highway, the new environment supports the ASX-listed company’s commitment to connection, wellbeing, and performance across its diverse operations in Australia and New Zealand.
The design embraces a balance of natural materials and soft lighting to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Vertical timber battens, curved walls, and layered textures define the entry experience, setting the tone from the onset. Throughout the floorplate, treelined views frame softly detailed interiors, while the kitchen and breakout spaces feature terrazzo surfaces and a muted palette, creating a sense of ease and contemplation.
Delivered on time and within budget, the project reflects McMillan Shakespeare Group’s people-first values. Our partnership extends beyond this space, with their two-level Brisbane head office nearing completion.
