Dexus engaged McCormack to deliver four speculative suites within the A-Grade office tower at 360 Collins Street. Delivered through our streamlined design and construct model, the result is a collection of market-ready workspaces, each with its own distinct identity yet tied together by a cohesive vision.
Design Consultants Studio 103 took inspiration from the natural elements of grass, sand, rock, and water. A neutral base palette and layered textures provide calm foundations, while subtle feature colours bring each landscape to life.
McCormack worked closely with Dexus through regular meetings and open communication, ensuring alignment at every stage. This approach not only built a strong client relationship but also allowed the design to be fine-tuned in response to evolving requirements, delivering spaces that meet the expectations of a broad tenant market.
