Working closely with our client, alongside design consultants Studio 103, we created a market leading workplace with sustainability at its core. Certified products and thoughtful material selections underpin the new build, ensuring a responsible and enduring outcome. Biophilic design principles are integrated throughout, with greenery and natural materials to match the grand floor lobby repositioning currently underway, to enhance wellbeing, as part of the buildings’ NABERS improvement pathway and strong ESG focus.
