McCormack were engaged by Artifex to provide a turn key solution for an incoming tenant at 412 St Kilda Road. During the leasing negotiations we working with Koustas, leasing teams and Artifex to provide a tailored test fit solution specific to their brief which assisted with 412 St Kilda Road being the preferred / selection building that Koustas will make their home for the foreseeable future.

All parties working together from concept, through design development and are so proud of the finished project which was delivered within the allocated budget, 0 defects and exceeded client expectations.

@Studio 103 wanted to provide Koustas a design with an exhilarating and grand arrival space for their clients, putting forward an art gallery with stunning lime washed timber flooring celebrating the open arrival space, a very moody bar instead of a reception desk; with bronze steel accents and a beautiful stone pairing. Hints of deep green in the surrounding glazing channels made a statement and referenced the company’s branding as the space transitioned seamlessly into an open-plan reception area, enhancing the visitor experience.
