We proudly present our recently completed ground floor upgrade and two levels of speculative suites at 115 Batman St. The entire space has been beautifully refurbished for future tenants. The asset repositioning project faced technical challenges but maintained a fast pace throughout. Construction proceeded on the ground floor and upper-level suites, with one suite, temporarily paused due to a design change. Careful management minimised rework, ensuring the redesigned suite with updated services was completed seamlessly. Overcoming hurdles included maintaining pedestrian access during complex front canopy installations. Harnesses with anchor points enabled safe rooftop work due to non-compliant original fire cladding.

A major success was the external canopy re-clad, fulfilling design goals and satisfying all stakeholders. WMK Architecture designed a versatile ground floor and fit-out that blends heritage with contemporary elements. Brick tiles and backlit signage in the lobby create a striking visual impact. The speculative suites feature varied palettes and finishes, offering leasing agents diverse showcasing options. Our proactive strategy ensured timely council permit and traffic management plan approvals. The project team’s efficiency secured canopy works approval within an impressively short time.
