Puma’s National Headquarters was a tired and rundown 1960’s building. Puma approached McCormack Property Services to refurbish their office into a modern, functional working environment that would provide a socially vibrant, yet collaborative workplace for all employees. The design required a thoughtful, modest and creative solution that would maximise the use of the existing building and ensure the Puma brand, values and culture were fully reflected within the work space.

To convert the existing segregated spaces into an open plan office, the experts at McCormack Property Services built a crossover between the front and rear buildings. An internal courtyard was upgraded to enable natural light to enter the central office, and a new outdoor staff area adjacent to the staff breakout room was introduced encompassing a timber deck and shade sail.
