Taking advantage of its premium location in North Sydney, Artifex Property Group and SC Capital Partners drove a vision to improve their Elizabeth Plaza building’s image by incorporating a fun and lifestyle element. To increase the leasing opportunities the floor needed to be divided into 3 tenancies, each with their own separate access and design requirements.
