We’ve been collaborating with SEMZ and Collective Capital Investments on an exciting building repositioning project at 348 Flinders Street. This iconic building will undergo a transformation, placing it as one of Melbourne’s leading office destinations in a location rivalled by a few.

Designed by Architecture firm, Hot Black, 348 Flinders Street will offer modern amenities and revitalised spaces, including a full ground floor activation at the Bond Street corner of the building. While new spec suites, like Level 4 & 8 pictured here, cater to the unique and evolving needs of today’s businesses. The building will also boast an upgraded arrival experience, a ground floor café and premium end-of-trip facilities.

A further commitment to sustainability is highlighted through the project teams collaboration with erbas™ | erbas™ SUSTAIN, utilising CBAs’ innovative Green Loan arrangement to improve environmental impact for projects undergoing refurbishment works.
