McCormack recently delivered a design and construct (D&C) speculative suite within the heritage-listed Mayfair building at 171 Collins Street.
Delivered in close collaboration with design consultants ChadandWick, inspiration for the space drew from the building’s heritage. As part of the D&C delivery, we worked hand-in-hand throughout the design process, balancing design intent with buildability to achieve a high-end result.
Key construction features included the formation of curved archways, custom joinery, and the integration of natural finishes, all requiring careful coordination between trades to execute the detail and precision demanded by the design. The result is a considered, light-filled workspace that blends character and functionality for future tenants.
