McCormack was engaged by Charter Hall to deliver a tenancy fitout and upgrade the lift lobby and amenities on Level 14. This project formed part of a broader repositioning of the A-grade office building at 379 Kent Street, strategically located near Wynyard and Town Hall Stations and just moments from the Queen Victoria Building and King Street Wharf.
WMK’s design highlighted the building’s inherent features, such as its structural columns and abundant natural light. Meeting rooms and breakout spaces were thoughtfully positioned to maximise access to light, creating inviting areas for collaboration and respite. A calm, neutral colour palette paired with high-end finishes defined the aesthetic, ensuring the space feels both contemporary and enduring.
Incorporating adaptable workplace trends, the design balances functionality with elegance, creating a space that supports flexibility and productivity. The result is an environment that meets the needs of today’s workforce while being equipped to evolve for the future.
