BPQ Group appointed McCormack Brisbane as the design and construct contractor for the multi-level lobby and amenities upgrade at 167 Eagle Street, delivering a high-quality outcome befitting its riverfront position. All three floors were completed concurrently on live, fully operational tenancies, with occupants remaining in place throughout the works.
Working alongside design consultants Studio 103, the refurbishment focused on clean geometry, durable materials and precise detailing. The lobby features neutral finishes, warm lift portals, timber-look flooring and structured lighting, all coordinated around aligned bulkheads, concealed services and tight junctions.
The amenities continue the same design language, incorporating a stone-look vanity, ribbed feature tiles and integrated lighting for a refined, low-maintenance result. Together, the spaces form a cohesive, contemporary upgrade that strengthens the building’s presentation and long-term performance.
