Australian Unity appointed McCormack as the head contractor for a comprehensive asset repositioning project at 10 Valentine Avenue, Parramatta, spanning 18,000 sqm. Strategically located in the heart of Parramatta’s city centre, the building boasts exceptional views and abundant natural light.
The project’s scope included a ground floor lobby refurbishment, upgrades to the end-of-trip (EOT) facilities, the make-good of 10 levels, the construction of two DDA-compliant bathrooms, and mechanical and electrical services upgrades. The ground floor lobby and EOT refurbishment introduced a unique and stunning design to the Parramatta area, creating a luxurious, hotel-like ambiance. The opulent lobby makes an unforgettable first impression, with meticulous attention to detail evident in the high-end finishes. The installation of a feature tubeline ceiling serves as the focal point of this sophisticated space.
