McCormack has delivered four additional levels of high-quality speculatively fitted suites at 367 Collins Street, each level has a distinct identity, underpinned by purposeful, market-led design. This is all part of the building’s broader asset repositioning strategy, which includes a full ground floor lobby refurbishment* and new lift lobby and bathrooms for all 32 levels.
The next round of speculative suites (along with the already completed) have been delivered through our integrated design and construct model in collaboration with Studio 103, the project was executed to maximise leasing flexibility and appeal. A curated mix of layouts, finishes and colour palettes has been incorporated to attract a diverse tenant profile, from smaller occupiers to larger corporate users.
By offering multiple fit-out typologies across varying floor sizes, the project broadens the potential occupier pool for the asset as well as its competitiveness, reinforcing McCormack’s capability in delivering commercially focused workplace solutions.
