We were engaged by Aliro to deliver a new speculative suite at Level 1, 205–211 Forster Road, Mount Waverley, including tenancy reconfiguration, new kitchen and meeting facilities, workstations, furniture and services upgrades, along with refurbishment of the ground floor and Level 1 lift lobbies.
Designed by Studio 103, the suite uses a warm, residential-inspired palette of timber, stone and textured finishes. Dedicated collaboration, breakout, meeting and focused work zones give future tenants flexibility.
The detailed finishes and multiple interfaces meant close coordination across joinery, glazing, stonework, lighting and services throughout the build. Well done to the whole team on the successful delivery.
