McCormack recently delivered a new 568m² workplace for ACEREZ in Parramatta Square, an environment shaped by purpose, functionality, and a strong commitment to innovation.

As the consortium leading the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone, ACEREZ required a workplace that reflected it’s core values and collaborative culture. The resulting design by WMK Architecture is a calm, refined palette of natural materials, muted tones, stainless steel detailing, and interior planting.

Further design references to the energy sector are embedded throughout, anchored by a central planning spine that provides structure, wayfinding, and cohesion across the floorplate.

Curved workstations and collaborative joinery enhance flexibility and movement, while integrated facial recognition access supports seamless functionality. The result is a considered, efficient and light-filled workspace, designed for connection, and built for what’s next.
