McCormack was appointed to strategically reposition 300 Flinders Street as the Head D&C contractor, with the aim of significantly increasing its value. Now the former Victorian University CBD site has been successfully transformed into an A-grade office tower, leveraging the completion of the metro tunnel project and anticipating growth in the upcoming market.

The 18+ month programme delivered significant base building works including 19 floors of demolition, large infrastructure upgrades, multiple on-floor lobby & amenity upgrades, cold/warm shell refurbishments, façade upgrades, speculative suite fit-outs and balcony refurbishments.
