Fitout specialists McCormack were engaged by financial services group Perpetual Trustees to design and construct a complete fitout and refurbishment of the existing Perpetual tenancy. The Collins Street building was already occupied so the project needed to be managed with as little disruption to the existing tenants as possible.
McCormack managed the construction project by overcoming the many challenges involved when refurbishing an occupied building without disturbing existing tenants. The McCormack project team’s succinct communication with building stakeholders and subcontractors ensured pick-ups and deliveries were planned and executed as smoothly as possible. The overall feel of the new fitout is vibrant and energised, bringing a corporate aspect into the meeting rooms and workspaces.
