Our Solution
McCormack were contracted by Project Management firm Montlaur to take an existing tenancy Fitout Back to Base, as per the leasing requirements. Also included in the scope was a new DDA toilet and a lift lobby refurbishment.
McCormack were able to reuse existing light fittings from the building in storage, which posed a significant cost saving exercise for the client, and also reduced any lead time issues. Works also needed to be coordinated around limited use of the loading dock and with the existing services contractors including fire.
