MAB Corporation’s office was dated and uninspiring. Armed with the brief to coordinate a 3-stage fit out, McCormack was tasked to bring MAB’s workspace into the new millennium. The company was looking for a sophisticated, integrated office fit out that truly reflects MAB’s position as one of Melbourne’s leading property developers. The works were required to be coordinated in a live environment to tight deadlines including a base building upgrade.
Coordinating a 3-stage fit out is always a challenge, particularly when it comes to scheduling contractors and tight programming. McCormack’s expertise in project management and ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders ensured the works were completed efficiently to a high standard. The end result is a classy, architecturally designed, modern workspace that incorporates a range of beautiful co-working spaces, feature lighting and a feature wall and sophisticated joinery. Polished concrete, exposed ceilings, natural wood and the introduction of elegant colours that reflect the MAB brand flow together across the space to create an immediate impact upon entry and a workplace designed to enliven and inspire.
