The Brief

Vantage Fitouts came to McCormack with a brief to upgrade the lobby area at 420 St Kilda Road, Melbourne.  The aim was to create a fully functional lobby, making it more appealing to existing and future tenants whilst at the same time increasing the overall value of the building.

Our Solution

Led by Gray Puksand’s designs, McCormack worked from their concept to construct a modern and contemporary space.

Working from a fixed program to get the works completed to minimize disruption to its occupied tenants, McCormack and Gray Puksand streamlined communication and effectively delivered the works.  The beautifully handmade timber finishes were ordered with ample time to receive them and have them installed so that the deadline could be met, without sacrificing our quality standard.
