The Brief

As part of a multi-tenancy spec fitout, McCormack was asked to complete the design and construct of a new tenancy fitout for leading recruitment agency Four Quarters, in a landmark building at 567 Collins Street, Melbourne.  The modifications asked for a new boardroom and an extra meeting room, along with new offices and significant storage facilities.

Our Solution

McCormack’s fitout delivered a clean, contemporary backdrop that, when combined with classic tones, delivers a functional modern workplace while retaining the building’s historical origins. Frosted, etched and coloured glass provides much-needed privacy for meeting rooms whilst enabling natural light to enter. Ceiling to floor windows are positioned to show off sweeping views of the city and bay and, in the practical, brightly decorated breakout spaces, they offer inspiring vistas during staff breaks. Colour is boldly mixed across the storage spaces to reflect Four Quarters core values: passion, expertise, integrity and collaboration.
