Our client came to McCormack with an urgent need to replace the non-compliant flammable exterior cladding on one of their building’s. The brief stipulated that the cladding needed to be replaced within three days. With multiple contractors involved across the very tight deadlines, it was imperative that the job was managed safely and efficiently and to the required industry standards.
McCormack worked closely with our client and a range of stakeholders to successfully turn the project around in the required timeframes. New cladding needed to be ordered and manufactured on the same day the job started, and also safely under strict timeframes. With a lot of hard work and cooperation from all stakeholders, McCormack was able to achieve the client’s goal – even bringing the project in under budget. The whole project ran smoothly, with all contractors working together efficiently and professionally to deliver a successful end result for the client.
