North East Suburbs, Whittlesea
As part of the recent trade services tender opportunity, the City of Whittlesea expressed a desire to establish a new work order and asset management system for the ongoing maintenance of their portfolio. In addition to providing both preventative and reactive services across all trade groups, McCormack has been able to successfully implement a live and customised web based system that is used and shared by all stakeholders for all services.
McCormack have developed a leading edge paperless work order technology system into its core business delivery, with a view to offering a live and transparent delivery experience to our clients. With very different client needs in mind, our systems flexibility was identified as a valuable resource that the council could benefit from.
Based upon this unique capability, we have been able to listen, understand and offer the City of Whittlesea a fully web based (no software or apps) customisable solution to service their portfolio. This has allowed McCormack to effectively provide for a “one-stop-shop” on all reactive and planned building maintenance services across the City of Whittlesea portfolio. With over 176 buildings in hand, all clients now have direct access and transparent vision of all works and activities, including service reports, job notes and photos.
