Commercial property consultants, Alexander Robertson had been located in the same office building for over 10 years. Their brief to McCormack Property Services was to design and construct a fresh, vibrant space where employees would feel motivated and energetic.
Having leased a new space that was dated and run down, meant that McCormack’s office fitout experts were able to start the entire project from scratch. One major feature of the fitout was the reception area. With clients constantly coming and going via the lifts, it was imperative that a good impression was made as soon as the lift doors opened. McCormack’s design team Studio 103 also devised an innovative, modern leather wall to give the reception area a touch of class and the ‘wow’ factor that was required.
