151 Property Group contacted us for the supply and installation of a new internal office building. It included a separate entry, crossovers, and separation of the existing warehouse into two individual tenancies.
The clients original intention was to install the toilets and lunch room at the opposite end of the proposed office building, however, the McCormack team suggested revising the plan to have the toilets and lunchroom at the other end where the existing hydraulics were. This solution proved to be a beneficial alternative as it offered our client an additional cost savings. Another suggestion was to install a Versiclad roof which provided a trafficable roof and ultimately reduced both the ceiling and fire services costs.
