It Takes An Army: McCormack & The Salvation Army – New Amenities Launch

Delivering a new amenities area for The Salvation Army’s Bourke Street office proved to be a highly-rewarding and humbling experience for the McCormack project team. Much more than the average amenities upgrade, this project gave McCormack the opportunity to not only create safe, secure and long-lasting facilities for Salvation Army clients but also support a worthwhile cause and give something back to the community. At the opening ceremony, Ian Creaton, The Salvation Army’s General Manager of Property, and Sandra Nottle, Corps Officer, praised the entire team’s efforts, with Sandra saying “it has been amazing…this is the finished product we were hoping for”. Our own Managing Director, Greg McCormack, was given the honour of officially cutting the ribbon and opening the new amenities along with key representatives from the project team. We are so proud to have been a part of such a meaningful and rewarding project and want to thank everyone involved.
